I brought my vehicles to M&N quite a few years ago and could tell Mike was putting together a great business model. I moved away for a long time and recently moved back. I took my same old truck to M&N and was impressed how developed the business had become and knew Good to know I was right way back then.

M&N is fantastic! Before we came to M&N we took our Toyota to a dealership north of Everett because we had a check engine light on, thousands of dollars, several trips and a lot of excuses later we thought we would have to sell our car or live with the light. We had heard good stuff about M&N and we thought we would give it one last try. One trip and a few hundred dollars an the problem was fixed! They are very communicative, kind and have great customer service. We have been back to get more minor issues fixed and they have consistently made doing business with them a pleasure.

I really like their thorough digital survey (complete with pictures for us simple guys). It showed me things that other shops missed and pointed out simple (but important) items that I can take care of myself like changing bulbs. I’ll be back.
